Steak & Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Tender steak, cubed
    6 - 8 potatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp Heinz 57 sauce
    1 can condensed beef bouillon
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    flour (enough to soak steak and potato mixture)
Preparation
    Mix steak with flour, salt and pepper, coating it thoroughly. Fry in oil and remove. Keep 2 tsp of dripping and add beef bouillon and steak sauce to the drippings. Bring the liquid to a boil, Simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat. Layer all ingredients in a 3 1/2 quart baking dish, (13 x 9). Cook approx. 2 hours at 350 degrees, or until potatoes are tender.
