Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, salt, pepper and onion in skillet.
    Pour off grease.
    Combine sour cream and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl.
    Fill flour tortilla shells with 2 tablespoons ground beef mixture.
    Cover with 1 tablespoon sour cream and soup and 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Fold shell over and place, folded side down, in 9 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan.
    Repeat until all tortilla shells are filled.
