Brenna'S Favorite Breadsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water (about 110~)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    5 to 5 1/4 c. flour
    melted butter
    onion salt, garlic salt or seasoned salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    On medium speed with electric mixer, beat in honey.
    Gradually add 3 cups flour.
    Add remaining flour to form soft dough.
    Knead on lightly floured board until smooth (about 10 minutes).
    Cut into 4 equal sized pieces of dough.
    Form each piece into 5 ropes about 10-inches in length. Arrange on greased baking sheets about 1-inch apart.
    Let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
    Brush each rope lightly with butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 20 breadsticks.
