Sour Cream Enchiladas(Mexican) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. tortillas (corn or flour)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 large sour cream (16 oz.)
2 cans green chilies, diced
1 large Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation

Oven bake tortillas until soft.
Make filling.
Mix soup, sour cream and chilies.
Coat baking dish with filling.
Put filling in tortilla shell.
Sprinkle in green onion and both cheeses.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
