Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked in salted water
    1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well. Saut onions in butter. Layer in casserole: rice, spinach, onion, cheese (reserve 3 tablespoons), salt and pepper. Repeat about 3 times. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
