Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fresh pork sausage
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. fresh marjoram or dried
    5 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 lb. casings
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and stuff in casings.
    Steam-fry until brown. Cook about 30 minutes or until brown.
