Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen bread dough
8 Italian sweet sausages
1/4 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 large pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place dough in bowl; cover.
Let rise 6 to 8 hours.
Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil.
In frying pan, place peeled sausages. Fry well and drain.
Add cheese; mix well.
Add egg, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.
Let set in pan.
Cut dough in half.
Roll half into rectangle; place half of sausage mixture on one side of dough.
Fold over, pinch and seal open edge.
Shape into crescent on cookie sheet with pinched side on outside.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Make second crescent the same way.
