Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 c. confectioner sugar
    2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and chopped nuts with a fork and press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 of the carton of Cool Whip and the 4x sugar.
    Spread this over the cooled crust.
    Mix the two boxes of instant pudding with the milk and add this as the third layer. Spread the remaining Cool Whip carefully over the chocolate layer. Garnish with shaved chocolate or chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours (or up to 2 days) before serving.
    Also freezes well. Serves 10 to 12.
