2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 pear tomatoes, peeled and quartered *
1 bunch (1 lb.) Swiss chard
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste

*Hunt's Choice Cut tomatoes (14.5 ounce can) works fine; don't drain, use juice too.
