Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. plain cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Melt shortening in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, eggs, the melted shortening from pan and the milk; mix until smooth.
    Pour into pan and bake until brown.
