Five-Pound Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    5 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    3 (6 oz.) bags chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar and margarine in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
    Cook for 7 minutes after it starts to boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and pour into a large mixer bowl into which has been poured 3 (6 ounce) packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips or butterscotch if you desire and marshmallow cream.
    Mix with mixer until well blended.
    Nuts may be added if you wish.
