Mushroom Burgers(For Vegetarians; Doesn'T Really Taste Like Mushrooms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and cayenne pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    Havarti cheese slices
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine.
    Season with nutmeg, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Place mushrooms in a mixing bowl with the beaten egg.
    Add onion, green pepper and bread crumbs.
    Shape into hamburger size patties.
    Add more bread crumbs, if needed, to hold patties together.
    Fry patties in a little margarine in a hot skillet.
    Serve on whole wheat bread with melted Havarti cheese on top.
