Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices bread
1 lb. grated cheese
10 eggs
1/2 small onion, grated
1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 qt. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 small green pepper, chopped or diced (optional)
1 small red pepper, chopped or diced (optional)
Preparation

Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Cover bottom of dish with slices of bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese over bread.
Mix eggs, onion, sausage and milk (and optional items).
Pour over bread and cheese.
Place in fridge overnight.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
