Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 c. milk
    2 unbaked pie shells
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    This wonderful pie is so easy and delicious!
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes.
