Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    2 eggs
    1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Spread broccoli in bottom of dish.
    Beat eggs and sour cream together for 1 minute; pour over broccoli.
    Top with tomato slices and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown and knife comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
