1 medium apple, cored
3 oz. Diet Rite blackcherry soda
cinnamon
Preparation

Arrange an apple in a glass casserole dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon in center of apple.
Pour Diet Rite over apples so pan is about half full.
Cover dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
