Bubble Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    melted butter
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine yeast and warm water in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    In
    saucepan combine next 4 ingredients until butter melts.
    Stir
    in
    yeast
    mixture.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat until dough
    is
    elastic.
    Add
    eggs,
    gradually\tstir in 2 1/2 cups flour
    to form a stiff dough.
    On floured surface, knead dough for 15 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise, until doubled.
    Divide
    dough
    in
    half. Cut each 1/2 into 8 pieces. Shape
    each
    piece into a ball, dip into melted butter.
    Place in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, sprinkle with herbs.
    Let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
