Fluffy Seafoam Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with electric mixer.
    Beat until mixture stands in stiff, straight peaks.
    Remove from heat. Add the vanilla.
    Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
