Harvest Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3/4 c. pumpkin, mashed
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar; blend in eggs and beat well at low speed.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin.
    Stir in chips and 1/2 cup pecans.
    Pour into a 9 x 6-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
    Freezes well.
