Torsh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cod (thick as possible)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    water to cover fish
    butter
Preparation
    Simmer fish for 20 minutes in the sugar, salt and water mixture.
    Put butter on both sides and broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Serve with melted butter.
