Kototz(Polish Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sifted flour
    1 large cake yeast or 2 dry pkg.
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. scalded milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and set aside.
    Cool milk and add sugar.
    Stir.
    Add yeast and work in the other ingredients. Let dough rise.
    Place in 2 loaf pans (9 x 5-inches) or you can use 2 cake pans (9-inch round).
