Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 c. grated Mozzarella
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 tsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown onion and beef in large skillet; drain.
    Stir in water, pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste and garlic powder.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
    Spoon mixture into a 2-quart greased baking dish.
