Lemon Rub Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
juice and peel of 3 lemons
3 Tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and other ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until brown and top is set.
