Hot Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. whole fennel seed
    1 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper (for brave people) or 1/2 tsp. for the delicate folks)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly with hands to evenly distribute spices.
    Shape into patties and refrigerate (covered) up to several hours.
