Cracklin Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. cracklins
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients. Pour into well oiled, greased hot pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
