Vegetable Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. carrots, grated
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; form patties and grill.
