Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake, covered, 15 minutes in preheated oven at 450\u00b0.
    Combine all other ingredients except cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 4.
