Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
8 oz. Mozzarella, diced
1 can artichokes
2 pie shells
Preparation

Saute artichokes in garlic and olive oil.
In bowl, mix eggs and cheese.
Mix with sauteed artichokes.
Pour into pie shell, cover with another pie shell, put slits in top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
