Easy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 c. shredded Colby cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Wyler's chicken flavor instant bouillon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup Colby cheese.
Mix well.
Place mixture into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
