Aunt Ella'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Stir salt and flour together in large bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until size of small peas.
Sprinkle water slowly and toss with a fork until dough begins to stick together. (May not need to use all the water in humid summer weather.)
