Wonder Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. wine
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add butter.
    Mix as for pie crust.
    Make a well; add egg yolks, wine and sour cream.
    Mix dough; let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll out very thin.
    Cut into 3-inch squares and spread with jam or walnut filling.
    Roll into crescent shape; brush with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
