Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
Add oil and eggs. Combine well.
Add carrots, vanilla, pecans and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 loaf pans.
