Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Moisten bread in 1/8 cup milk.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Form into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Before baking, spread additional catsup over the top of the loaf.
