Scalloped Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced cooking apples
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 c. bread crumbs or rusk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add sugar, crumbs and cinnamon.
Place half of the mixture in bottom of casserole. Add apples.
Put remainder of crumb mixture on top.
Pour 1/2 cup water over entire mixture. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
