Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. washed and pared zucchini slices
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until tender; cool and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with top crust and seal edges.
    Cut slits for steam to escape.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
