Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    grated American cheese
Preparation
    Season and brown pork chops on both sides.
    Arrange potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
