Minced Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. diced cooked lamb (crab, beef, etc.)
    2 egg yolks
    hot toast triangles
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk; beat until smooth.
    Add lamb.
    Heat. Beat egg yolks; gradually add lamb mixture.
    Return to heat; slowly cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Serve immediately on buttered toast triangles.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
