Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    dash of salt
    2 sticks Fleischmann's light corn oil
    favorite jam
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients, it's very sticky. Spray mold and press half in mold.
    Spread on jam.
    Put remaining dough on top (it does not have to completely cover the jam, or be smooth).
    Bake about 40 minutes.
