Blueberry Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. pineapple juice, divided
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice
    1 lb. fresh or frozen blueberries
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/3 cup warm pineapple juice.
    Chill.
    Put gelatin mixture and all other ingredients into blender.
    Blend 5 minutes.
    Strain.
    Pour into ice cube trays to make cubes. Freeze.
    Before serving put cubes and 1/3 cup remaining cold pineapple juice in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
