Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean ground meat
    1/4 c. Tender Quick
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix first 2 ingredients and let set overnight in refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape bologna.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours, turning it every 1/2 hour.
