Marinated Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinless/boneless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded (about 6 c.)
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
Preparation
    Cook chicken in margarine and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until done, about 6 minutes on each side.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut into thin slices.
    Mix soy sauce, sesame seed, lemon juice and garlic; toss with chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
