Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    12 saccharin tablets, crushed
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Measure oatmeal into mixing bowl; add oil.
    Blend in egg and saccharin.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with combined milk and vanilla.
    Mix in raisins.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 36 cookies or 12 servings.
    Each serving (3 cookies) contains approximately 1 bread exchange.
