Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    dash of lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. parboiled potatoes, cubed
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter. Add milk and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour. Top with bacon bits and Cheddar cheese.
