Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 sliced apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Peel apples. Slice 1/4-inch thick. Mix with sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Add to apples and mix. Fill bottom of pie crust. Top generously with butter. Add top crust. Seal and slit with own design. Brush with water or egg white for brownness. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
