Chicken And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    2 c. oil
    3 c. walnut halves
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken, if not boneless.
    Slice chicken into strips. Heat oil and saute walnuts until golden.
    Drain on paper towels. Reserve 1/4 cup oil.
    Saute chicken in reserved oil for 5 minutes. Add broth, cover and cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
    In a separate bowl combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water until smooth.
    Add mixture and salt to skillet.
    Cook, stirring the sauce until thick and translucent.
    Add walnuts.
