Herbia Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    2 slices bread, finely chopped
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. dry parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix well ground beef, onion, bread, egg and parsley.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Form into balls and brown on high heat.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water.
    Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes or until done.
    Serve over egg noodles or rice.
