Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round steak (more or less)
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar or more to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few drops liquid smoke flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except steak) in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
    Cut steak into serving size pieces and place in roasting pan.
    Pour sauce over meat; cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
