Cream Cheese Fruit Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 large pkg. cream cheese
vanilla wafers
about 29 oz. pie filling (blueberry, cherry, pineapple or personal favorite)
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Place cupcake liners in cupcake tray and place 1 wafer in bottom of each, flat side down.
Tablespoon mixture over wafer to half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
Cool and top with pie filling.
Makes about 32 cupcakes.
