Swedish Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. fine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into halves (lengthwise) and then crosswise into 1-inch wedges.
Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Pour margarine over potatoes.
Sprinkle with mixture of cheese, crumbs, salt and paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
