Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    With a fork, mix dry ingredients together.
    With pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and with fork stir dough until thoroughly mixed.
    Do not knead dough.
    Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
